Location:  Clayton Park is located on the edge of Halifax city in Clayton Park. It is the area between the Bedford Hwy and Dunbrack Street between Chartwell and Glen Forest. This is very large subdivision including many streets.

Description: The area is conveniently located minutes from downtown Halifax. It is an older mature area with a mixture of single detached houses, semi-detached, townhouses, condominiums and large rental apartment complexes. It is very close to schools, Bayer's Lake shopping district, Canada Games Sports Complex, library, indoor soccer, parks and has most amenities. Smaller serviced lots but some larger than average city lots. Many lots have large mature trees.
