Location: Wedgewood Park subdivision is located off of Dunbrack Street about halfway between Bedford and Halifax and about 10 kms to downtown Halifax. Close to Clayton Park West.
Age of houses: Most of houses in this area were built in the mid to late 1960' and 1970's. Some houses were built in 1980's and earlier as well.
Advantages: Older well established subdivision. The subdivision is well located for an easy commute to Halifax downtown. Large well treed lots. Great feeling of space. It is close to Hemlock Ravine Park which is a huge treed park with walking trails throughout. Good schools are close by including Grosvenor Wentworth Elementary which is a short walk away. Fabulous amenities close by including Bayer's Lake Shopping, indoor pool, indoor soccer facility, library and much more.
