VERY IMPORTANT :
In 2021 Glen Arbour Golf Course was sold to an investor group lead by a few residents of Glen Arbour Golf Subdivision. This investor group announced it's intention to keep Glen Arbour Golf Course as a golf course and to greatly improve the course and the facilities and bring the course back to it's previous glory as one of the top golf courses in Canada. At the time of this update ( May 2021)  the cost for residents to play on the golf course has not been disclosed, It is probable that the previous requirement to pay a yearly sustaining fee in return for unlimited playing privileges will not continue.  If this turns out to be the case and you are not a golfer and want to live in Glen Arbour you will not be required to pay a yearly sustaining fee (see below). If you are a golfer you will likely have an option of one or more of  pay a yearly membership, purchase golf packages or pay a daily green fee.

Sustaining Fee and Golf Privileges for 2021 but will likely be the last year
When you buy a home here you receive Lifetime Golf Privileges for unlimited golf to both golf courses for a nominal sustaining fee of approximately $1,000 per year (2021). This fee goes up by the inflation rate each year.  Only residents of the subdivision have golf privileges to the course. All other players must pay green fees or purchase packages of green fees. These privileges stay with the properties when you sell.

Age of houses: Houses here were built from 1997 to present.

Style of housing available: Executive two storey, bungalow and contemporary homes. Some have lake frontage and others back on the golf course. Many very large homes in the area of over 5,000 sq. ft. Also bungalow and two storey townhouse condominiums.

Some of the streets in subdivision: Glen Arbour Way, Sandy Run, Thompson Run, Club House Lane, Skye Crescent, Greenside Lane, Ballybunion Run, Carnoustie Drive
