Location: Kingswood North subdivision is located off the Hammonds Plains Road or Lucasville Road about 5 kms from Bedford and 20 kms to Halifax. It is the closest subdivision to Halifax and Bedford in Hammonds Plains.

Advantages: Easy commute to Halifax (20-25 kms).  Large treed lots of an acre or more. Local shopping nearby. Few minutes to Lower Sackville or Bedford as well two grocery stores,gym,drug stores and other stores and services at Larry Uteck area. Child care centre,Tim Hortons, Kingswood Market grocery,drug store,garages and more at entrance to subdivision.  So amenities are not far away. 

Age of houses: Houses here were built from 2010 until present. New homes available in the area. 

Style of housing available: Mid to large size houses of all styles. Many split entry, bungalow and two storey homes. 

Some of the streets in subdivision: Gatehouse, Magnate, Baroness Close, Viscount,Bryanston,Singer

Schools: Subdivision is divided on where the children go to school. The streets closer to Hammonds Plains Road ( Gatehouse, Magnate etc) generally go to same schools as Kingswood Subdivision while those streets closer to Lucasville Road(Bryanston, Singer etc.) go to Sackville schools. Cutoff seems to be in the middle of Viscount Run. Check HRCE website to confirm where your child would go to school. 
Schools are: Kingswood Elementary, Madelaine Symonds Middle School , CP Allen High  or Sackville Heights elementary and junior high, Millwood High School.
